With our bulk hour pricing program we offer you pre-paid time at a discounted rate so that you can ensure you always have support available. After hours support is also included and all customers who purchase hours in bulk receive top priority scheduling.
-For example, with a 100 hour bulk hour pricing program your total price is $9,500. At normal pricing this same block of hours comes to $12,500. Immediate savings of $3,000 and 24 hours of our time and support for free!
-Bulk hours purchased are valid until all hours are used and carry over if you do not use all of the time purchased within the first year. Upon using all purchased hours we will work with you to figure out a new plan if hours need to increase or decrease. Bulk hour purchases are non-refundable.
